Type 2 Diabetes affects millions of people, and managing blood glucose levels is essential for long-term health. We're testing whether the Oviva Direkt Diabetes Typ 2 app - which helps you track meals, weight, blood glucose, and blood pressure and can improve blood glucose control when used alongside your usual care. You'll be randomly assigned (equal chance) to either use the app with your usual care or continue with your usual care only for 24 weeks. If you're in the usual care group, you'll receive free access to the app after the study ends.
