Your participation

This study consist of: 10 On-site visits (1h each) 4 Video calls (20-45min each)

Compensation

Participants receive $150 per completed visit, up to $2100 total for the full study.

Timelines

Enrolment for this study closes on September 15, 2025. Total duration of study can vary between 6 to 8 weeks.

Who is this study for?

You may be eligible if you meet the following requirements:

Gender

Female at birth

Age

18-50 years old

Smoker

No

Diagnosed with treatment-resistant depression (failed at least 2 antidepressant medications)

Current depression severity score ≥20 on Hamilton Depression Rating Scale

Do not have any prior VNS device implantation

No plans for MRI scans during study period (VNS devices have MRI restrictions)

Have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer with or without treatment for ovarian cancer
